Booking:
- Deposit required to secure your date (book early—weekends and February fill fast!)
- Final guest numbers and dietary requirements due 7 days prior
- Payment plans available
Weather Policy:
- We monitor conditions for your safety and comfort
- Full refunds are offered should your cruise be cancelled due to weather. We provide prior warning and notice, so you have time for plan B.
Age Restrictions:
- All guests must be 18+ for bottomless alcohol packages
- Valid ID required should guests be asked to provide proof of age.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Absolutely! Bring banners, and anything else to make it special. Just no confetti, glitter or light plastic items that may blow into the water please (marine environment protection).
What if someone gets seasick?
Port Phillip Bay is generally calm and sheltered. We stay close to shore and can adjust the route if needed.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Our packages include bottomless drinks, but contact us if you have specific requests. As a licensed venue we cannot permit the consumption of BYO alcohol.
Is there a bathroom onboard?
Yes! Bathroom facilities are available throughout your cruise.
What happens if the bride doesn't know?
We love surprise parties! Coordinate with us beforehand and we'll help keep the secret.
Can we swim during the cruise?
Seasonal swim stops can be arranged—ask us when booking!
What if a guest is pregnant to has a baby?
That’s perfectly ok, they can still celebrate and enjoy the fun. We have non alcoholic drinks onboard and babies are welcome to travel too, we have lots of space and shelter for a pram or stroller!
